I went over a PowerPoint dealing with comparison and periodization LEQs in the AP World History classes today. Now, if you weren't here the day that I went over the entire LEQ rubric, watch this first. In today's PowerPoint I was really just focused on planning, thesis development, and essay format. I know most of you may be beyond the simple scaffolding and "training wheels" I've put together for the sophomores, but maybe you will find this helpful. I'm not putting this one on Youtube because I think it's so specific to how we are organizing the class (teaching LEQs for two Historical Thinking Skills at a time) that it might not be as useful to others. Keep in mind that I recorded this during 2nd period, so this is a "live performance."
